Jamico Elder was an at risk low performing youth born and raised in the Watts/ South Central section of Los Angeles, California. His session will explore his journey from marginal to phenomenal and life lessons he garnered on the way. Moreover, the workshop will consist of a discussion with youth and parents centered on building self-esteem and trust between students and their guardians. The workshop will be directed toward low performing students with the purpose of encouraging and equipping them to begin their walk on the road to success
